It is especially suitable for fire protection in the clean room of the semiconductor industry. It adopts wide-band infrared, narrow-band infrared, and visible multi-spectral optical technology. It is especially used in the Fire Sentry FS7 flame detector for the protection of semiconductor clean rooms.
The FS7 flame detector provides two levels of intelligent response to the wet console flame in the semiconductor industry.
First-level warning: The first-level reaction indicates a small fire accident, the thermal energy exceeds 3KW (equivalent to a 4 inch diameter polypropylene fire), wait for a period of time, and judge whether it can extinguish itself.
Secondary alarm: If the flame cannot extinguish on its own and exceeds the factory set 13KW (equivalent to an 8-inch diameter polypropylene fire), the detector initiates a secondary response.
